राष्ट्र सर्वोपरी की भावना और शाश्वत मानवीय मूल्यों से प्रेरित ऐसे उच्च दक्षता सम्पन्न प्रौद्योगिकी एवं विज्ञान विशेषज्ञों का निर्माण करना, जो अनुंसाधन, नवाचार एवं अभियांत्रिकी के माध्यम से सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास को तीव्र गति प्रदान करने में सक्षम हो।

Department strives to be internationally recognized for academic excellence through the depth of its teaching and research, and to be relevant through its role in the development of the community it serves.
Mission
The mission of the department is to provide an environment where students can learn and become competent users of mathematics and its applications. Moreover, the department will contribute to the development of students as mathematical thinkers and enabling them to become lifelong learners.
