We are delighted to share that SGSITS is instituting the DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI AWARD (DAA) and YOUNG ALUMNI AWARD (YAA) for the very first time, marking a significant milestone in celebrating the excellence and impact of our alumni community.
The nominations portal for these prestigious awards is now open, and we invite your valuable perspective in helping us identify alumni who have made remarkable contributions at the national and global levels. Your nominations will play a pivotal role in shaping this inaugural recognition initiative.
Below are the award category and criteria for selection:
DAA, recognize accomplished alumni above the age of 45 as of Dec 22, 2025, who have demonstrated excellence across diverse fields such as Business, Academics, Research, Government, Public Service, and Entrepreneurship etc. Their achievements strengthen SGSITS’ legacy of excellence and inspire current and future generations and YAA awards recognize accomplished alumni under the age of 45 as of Dec 22, 2025, who are making significant contributions in Academics, Research, Corporate Leadership, Public Service, and Entrepreneurship etc.
When submitting your nominations, please include comprehensive details about the nominee’s achievements and the impact they have created in their respective fields. Nominations submitted over the past three years will automatically be considered for review.

The deadline for submitting nominations is Nov 30, 2025.
The awardees will be announced on December 04, 2025, followed by a special felicitation ceremony during the Institute’s Foundation Day celebrations on 22 December 2025.
