Computing Facilities:

The Department offers M.Sc. (Applied Mathematics with specialization in Computer Science) course for which computational lab is an integral part. Computer oriented papers/topics included in this course are: Computer Architecture, Computer Aided Numerical Analysis, Data Processing and Computation, Object Oriented Programming Systems, Visual Basic, Matlab. Apart from these, we are also having labs on Operations Research and Statistical Quality Control. In our Computational lab, we are providing all the basic as well as advanced facilities to our students, Research scholars and faculty members. The faculties have set trends in pursuing quality teaching at abstract and concrete levels.

Library Facilities:

Department of Mathematics has its own library consisting of many books. These books include collection of prescribed textbooks for UG / PG level teaching and a collection of few advanced research level books.
