Applied Chemistry Department is actively engaged in the following research projects : -

1. Computational Modeling of Organic Systems: Studies on HIV-1 Non-Nulceoside, amount Rs 10.10 lacs from MP Govt. Bhopal.
2. Molecular Modeling Studies on Non-nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase HIV‐1 Inhibitors, Rs 23.23 lacs from DST New Delhi.
3. Industrial wastewater purification using novel biosorbents, Rs. 4.63 lacs from MP council of Science and Technology, Bhopal.
4. Conversion of waste plastic into carbon nanomaterials and their application in water purification from NPIU (TEQIP-III), New Delhi.
